  I used to work at this location. The only good thing about the employees here was Dwayne (I think his name is). The rest don't care. There were instances where I had to tell one guy that there were people waiting in the drive thru while he was sitting in the office doing nothing. He responded with "oh I forgot" HOW CAN YOU FORGET SOMETHING THAT IMPORTANT! And Everytime there was a bad review on the store, they will purposefully not give customers their receipts and use it to make positive reviews for themselves so corporate won't check on them. THEY DO NOT CARE! This is no way to run a business and frankly I was EMBARRASSED to represent this location! And a side note: THIS LOCATION IS A FRANCHISE! NOT A REAL LOCATION! A real location would do so much better than this. Please dont ban yourself from going to KFCs because this location is a bad apple.
  In their defense tho, a lot of customers are BEYOND RUDE! I see a lot of people come in and con off of this place asking for another side (1.99) in place of the biscuit (worth pocket change). When I had to explain to them that they can't do that and offered a cookie instead (biscuit and cookie are of more equal value), they threw a fit and "demanded" to see the manager. Ugh! Treat the workers with respect!!! No one deserves to be disrespected like that. And to the current workers, please shape up a bit. Kill them with the best service. If they still rude to you, it's all their fault and not yours. Represent yourself and the company with dignity!
  All in all, I enjoyed my time there, but this place needs help BADLY!!!!!
